This Internet site is owned and operated by Dacom S.p.A. (Dacom), and is subject to the following terms and conditions.

Preliminary Remarks

The commercial relationship between the Customer and Dacom are governed solely by the following general conditions of sale, excluding any other agreement, if not agreed upon in writing. Even the entry of an order online, implies full acceptance of these conditions.


Dacom sells only to the following categories of customers:
- Reseller of hardware and software
- System integrators
- Software houses
- Subjects entitled to the resale of computer equipment, electronic or consumables
Belonging to one or more of these categories must be documented by the customer (business profile).


Dacom is not responsible for any loss or damage, direct and / or indirect, arising from sale of goods and services published in its catalog or published on its website, including delayed and / or non-delivery of the product, nor to match the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other circumstances not directly attributable to Dacom.

Technical Information

The technical information on the website is derived from information published by the manufacturers of the goods. Dacom reserves the right to edit and / or adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products based on what will be communicated by the producers, without notice.


The orders are accepted only in writing or by fax or via the Internet (web site). The customer who sends the order will receive a notice confirming the order, via electronic mail (e-mail).


All the prices shown on the website are prices of sale to the reseller, less any discounts, taxes excluded. Rates and discounts may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Products Availability

The website highlights the amount of product in stock at the warehouse of Dacom, updated every 30 minutes from 8.00 to 20.00. Since the possibility of placing orders "online" changes in real time the product availability, Dacom does not guarantee the availability of the goods ordered. The assignment of the goods will be made in chronological order of reception of the orders.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipments of the products, unless otherwise agreed, will be made by carriers engaged by Dacom and the shipping costs will be charged on the invoice to the customer. In this case the goods travel at risk of Dacom. In case of theft and / or loss Dacom agrees to send a new product and, if the same had to be unavailable and / or out, Dacom will propose a different product, but with equivalent features, with the option for the customer not to accept this new product and request the issuance of credit notes relating to the product.
Assuming that the carrier is responsible in any way by the customer, Dacom will not be liable for loss and / or failure of the product from the moment of delivery of goods to the carrier at its stores.
Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the packages and correspondence of quantity and quality as indicated in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancy, it must be reported on the same document and confirmed within eight calendar days to commercial reference. While the packaging is intact, the goods must be verified within eight calendar days of receipt. Each alert over these terms will not be considered.


The goods must be paid by bank transfer or credit card, unless other arrangements made at Dacom. Dacom reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to proceed with the shipment of goods, even after accepting the order, to those customers who are "out of trust," or with "outstanding" or, "litigation".

Return of goods

The return of goods shall be conducted upon authorization of Dacom and assignment of the return number. The goods must be returned within 10 working days from the date of approval of the request and should be in perfect condition, in the original packaging and shipped prepaid to the warehouse of Dacom, citing in the accompanying document the return number assigned. Dacom reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to cut the value of the returned goods if the condition of the same does not correspond to what declared by the customer.


The purchase of goods at Dacom involves the acceptance of the warranty provided by the manufacturer. The client therefore is aware that the purchased goods will be guaranteed by the manufacturer and to the conditions provided by the same, and accepts, removed any reservation, all modes of supply of the manufacturer's warranty.

Processing of Personal Data

The customer's personal data are collected and processed to meet the expressed demands of the customer and will not in any circumstances and no license transferred to third parties without the prior consent of the customer. Dacom provides its customers with the respect of the rules on the processing of personal data covered by the Privacy Code of DL 196/2003.

Applicable Law

The contract of sale between the customer and Dacom is concluded in Italy and governed by the Italian law. For any dispute that may arise will be competent the Court of Milan.
