Privacy Notice

This document describes the management procedures of the site related to the processing of personal data of the users who visit it.
This information is provided pursuant to the art. 13 of law. N. 196/2003 - Code regarding personal data protection - to those who link to the Dacom website by means of an electronic connection, directly or indirectly, to the web services starting from the address http://www.dacom.it. The information applies only to the website mentioned above and not to other Web sites accessed via links. This statement is prompted by Recommendation no. 2/2001 by the European authorities for the protection of personal data, gathered by the Group established by art. 29 of Directive n. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish the minimum requirements for collecting personal data online, and, particularly, the manner, timing and nature of the information that data controllers must supply to the users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link.

The Place of Data Processing

The treatment related to the services on this web site are at the offices of the Dacom company and are carried out only by personnel in charge, or others charged with occasional maintenance operations. The data acquired through the web services can be provided to technology and instrumental partners used by the "holder" for the provision of the services required by users visiting the site. The personal data provided by the users who forward a request for information (requests for information material, answers to questions, etc..) or other communications (orders) are only used to perform the requested service or provision and are communicated to the third parties only if it is necessary for that purpose (for the provision of the required services through the technological and instrumental partners).

Navigation data
The computer systems and the software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but by their very nature could, through processing and associations with data held by third parties, allow the identification of  the users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. This data may be only used to obtain anonymous statistics on the site usage and to check its correct operation. The data could be used to determine the responsibilities in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.

Data Provided Voluntarily by the Users
The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of personal information to access certain services or to make inquiries to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender address, necessary to respond to requests, and any other data included in the message.

Cookies

No personal user data is intentionally acquired from the site. We do not use cookies to transmit personal information.

Optional Provision of Personal Information

Except as specified for navigation data, the user is free to provide personal information through the use of the appropriate sections of the web site and to require or request any informative material or other communications. Their absence can only make it impossible to fulfill the request.

Treatment Methods

Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are taken to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. Dacom S.p.A. has taken all the minimum security measures provided by law to minimize the risks relating to the confidentiality, availability and integrity of personal data collected and processed.

User's Rights

The users whose personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation as to whether such data exist or not and to know the content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or update, or correction (art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. n. 196/2003). Pursuant to this Article the users have the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the data processed unlawfully, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment. Requests should be sent to Dacom S.p.A. as an "responsible" of treatment.
